You have to work canadian holidays here right? Don't get the US ones off either?

We work Canadian holidays and then get a vacation day to take in exchange anytime we want.

We work US holidays but those are easy days as the workload is often minimal and we usually leave a few hours early.

It's not bad, I'd rather work some holidays and build up more vacation days.
