I believe the body has both metal and plastic. The widgets do look a bit out of place, but they can all be removed, which I'd probably do too.
The reviews I've read on it say it feels nicely built tho, which I believe. My HTC is solid as fuck. Haven't had a single issue with it yet.
i'm with whoever i want, i don't do contracts and pay straight up for new phones. if i stay with rogers i may have to wait for the infuse 4G, which is just a re-designed SGS2 essentially. likely i will go with bell, but may stay with rogers. we'll see.
plus i don't think the infuse 4G has NFC built-in and the SGS2 does, and my corporate expense card allows NFC transactions so i'm keen on it for that model specifically.
aaaaand i can open my front door with it

besides, aren't HTC's the equivalent to buying an acer computer? samsung has always been the best brand for any electronics for me...i've never had a problem with them and they last forever with amazing support.
No sir. Old HTC yes, but as of like 3 yrs ago, they've been pumping out killer phones. Top notch hardware. Only thing Sammy does better is screens.
Samsung has a fair bit of issues with the guts not working as they should. Gps was a big one for a while.
And HTC sense > any and all android skins. Imo at least. Beautiful stuff.
So beautiful in fact, that on the market.. one of the biggest sellers of all time is "beautiful widgets", an absolute knock off of sense. But a lot shitter looking.
depends on the HTC - If you go with a flagship model it is pretty solid builds but the lower end models are a little flimsy.
Just got this bitch yesterday...
