- 5+ years at insomnia thursdays. 3+ years at labyrinth lounge wednesdays.
6+ years at up&down sundays. 10+ years at the blue moon. brief 1 year flirtation
with SLXN (theory). too many other gigs to remember. opened for bukem, calibre,
paradox, etc.
blahblahblah. more interestingly: one day when i was 8 years old, a door to door
salesman came by my house in calgary selling accordions and accordion lessons,
and my parents signed me up. wtf ... 10 years and 14 instrument purchases later
i moved out and i took 2 horns and a piano and an accordion with me.
i think on sunday i'm gonna play records (funk, brokenbeat, jungle/dnb, etc) and
a trombone and a trumpet. i've been hiding in the studio and not playing gigs lately,
but that's changing. might even sneak in some of my own production on sunday.
